• As a dog, cat or other pet you will be happy to check into our beautiful pet-friendly holiday accommodation and chill out while watching the wildlife on the grassy beach beside the river of the Atherton Tablelands.

• Lay back, relax and chow down on your favourite dog treats on the balcony of your new territory.

• What a treat, to be allowed to go into these pet-friendly riverside cottages and apartments, they are decked out for a fur-kid holiday!

• You better not get on the furniture though and you will be thankful that you are not allowed in the spa bath (we've got a special bath just for travelling dogs like you - just ask Gwen when you book your accommodation) - that's all part of showing appreciation and making sure you can come back again someday soon.

• There is special holiday doggie bedding supplied for you to snuggle up by the fire on winter nights or spread out under the fan in warmer weather.

• The climate at this Atherton Tablelands bed and breakfast near the town of Ravenshoe is the best – no air conditioner is needed.

• Your dog friendly accommodation is also stationed with a water bowl, food bowl, throw rugs (just in case you are tempted to jump on the furniture - but it is not encouraged) and a doggie first aid kit (always good to be prepared). I told you this place has got it all sorted for us!!

• Enjoy the Grounds and Amenities at Chilverton’s Pet friendly Cottages on the Atherton Tablelands near the town of Ravenshoe.

• Grab your lead (a must as there's lots of wildlife you might want to chase) and take mum and dad for a walk to explore the surroundings of the property (don’t forget the poop bags). There's a swing bridge and some great pathways to explore.

• The river will look so inviting at this pet-friendly holiday accommodation  - it is a shame you will not be able to swim - as it will scare the endangered Platypus that live there, then mum and dad won’t be able to enjoy them.

• Wow, smell that! I think it may be a Brush Turkey or it could be that cute little Possum that you saw in the tree by the balcony last night.

• Our puppy park in our pet-friendly cottage on the Atherton is one of the best in Australia. We are just near the town of Ravenshoe on the Atherton Tablelands.

• Chase the ball, yup you got a whiff of that - someone else has been playing with that, oh well, this is fun anyway.

• For a totally tiring, fun time invite other 4-legged guests staying at Chilverton Cottages & Day Spa to join you for a wonderful run and romp in the fresh Atherton Tablelands air. 

• Don’t let Mum and Dad know - it may just make for a tired 4 legged fur baby to head back to the cottage or apartment with.
